Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions upon which a customer has requested the services and or products provided by Practical Printers and/or PracticalPrinters.ie. Receipt of acknowledgement of an order by the customer is deemed to have understood and accepted that our terms and conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contractual agreement notwithstanding terms put forward by the customer.


Practical Printers and/or PracticalPrinters.ie is family owned and operated business based in Wexford town, Co. Wexford.


Payment methods accepted PracticalPrinters.ie is by credit or debit card at the time of your order. All prices for the products shown on this website exclude V.A.T. and are only added on the final value of the customer’s order plus the delivery cost if applicable. Full payment is required to begin processing any order for product, print or design, which remain the sole property of Practical Printers along with any material or content created. Practical Printers reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice to the customer.
The customer undertakes that all details provided to Practical Printers and/or PracticalPrinters.ie when ordering the product and its delivery will be correct and that the payment method used is the property of the Customer and the sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the total cost of the goods involved.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In the case of a faulty product the customer should inform Practical Printers within 48 hours of receipt of the order and must return the goods within 5 working days, where the packaging and goods are in the same condition as when received. The cost of return by courier is the responsibility of the customer.
On receipt of the customers return Practical Printers will inspect the goods for manufacturing errors and /or defects, if the good is found to be defective and/or with error (on our part) we will reprint the order free of charge. Alternatively Practical Printers will credit your account if we deem a refund should be made.
Non-personalised goods returned to Practical Printers will upon receipt be inspected to ensure that it will be suitable for resale and once found to be all in good order a refund will be issued. Refunds will take approximately 3 to 4 working days to complete. This cannot be completed any faster.
Should a customer wish to cancel an order an email must be sent to [email protected] requesting a cancellation. Please note the cancelation of an order that has been approved and possibly plated for print will incur a charge to the customer at a rate of €50 per plate set. Where a cancellation has been requested, with no fault existing on the part of Practical Printers and where a refund has been agreed by Practical Printers, it will be refunded less 3% credit / debit card and administrative fees.
On cancellation of an order where design and print has been requested, whereby artwork has already been developed by us before cancellation of the order, Practical Printers reserve the rate to charge an artwork fee of €35 per hour, up to a maximum of 3 hours.


Any Complaints arising from damage, missing or short shipped orders, should be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of the goods ordered, claims submitted after this period will be rejected. Practical Printers will assess the complaint and where necessary a reprint may be offered.

Variations In Quantity

Changes in quantities ordered must be made know to Practical Printers.ie by emailing [email protected] prior to commencement of production. Quantity increases in the order is subject to additional costing.


The dispatching of goods for delivery is sent to the details submitted when ordering goods. Once order is approved Practical Printers will produce the goods order and dispatch within the time frame stated for the order. Once goods have been dispatched Practical Printers will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Customer which may arise from any delay in the delivery of the goods .
If the Customer should unknowingly fail to accept receipt of delivered goods, Practical Printers shall not be held responsible and therefore be under no obligation to refunding the cost.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you, including but not limited to expenses incurred by you, interest payments & loss of earnings or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage arising from the supply of goods under this contract. in so far as defects in the goods cause death injury or damage to personal property, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.
Practical Printers will make every effort but does not guarantee that any product or service provided will always be error-free and will not be held liable to the customer or any third party for damages, including loss to profits, loss to savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use of the products or services offered by Practical Printers., even if the customer has advised of the possibilities of such damages.

Intellectual Property

Practical Printers wholly owns the intellectual property rights to all artwork designed and/or developed by us. Practical Printers reserves the right to showcase any service provided to a customer that includes but not limited to graphics, images of the product or purchased item as part of Practical Printers ‘ s portfolio and display with writing of projects completed on our website, blog, magazines and books.


All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics, photos and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Practical Printers or otherwise used by Practical Printers are protected by and governed by copyright laws.
In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal reference, in that you may only print hard copies of Practical Printers website for the purpose of placing orders and not for commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, screen captured, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed for commercial use without the prior written consent of the copyright holder Practical Printers.

Force Majeure

Practical Printers will not be held liable or responsible for failure or delay to carry out any provisions under the contract arising for any reason beyond their control or by inability including (without limiting the foregoing) legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, global pandemic, Act of God, failure of power, strike, lockout or other action taken by employees in contemplation of dispute or owing to any inability to procure materials or articles for the performance of the contract. If continuance of such contingency circumstances the customer may terminate in writing to Practical Printers the contract and pay for work for work complete so far and materials used.
