Collection

Are you to local to us? Our offices in King St. are always open to collections*. We will contact you once your order is ready and you can ‘drop by’ or organise a collection time that suits you. This option is sometimes the quicker option if you are on a quick turnaround deadline, as overnight delivery can add a day to our lead times…

*Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic Measures, we are operating collections on a strictly appointment only basis.

Delivery

We hire reputable couriers with very high hit rates and coverage, selected specifically to suit individual order types. All orders are shipped on an overnight basis for delivery the following day*. For example, if you order on a Monday, and we confirm the order will be ready on Wednesday, the order will ship from us on Wednesday for delivery to you on Thursday.

*Please note during COVID19 courier companies will no longer guarantee lead times other then 1-4days. To avoid any issues on time sensitive orders, please contact us at the time of placing your order and we will strive to meet any deadline, where possible.
